RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.
Timeframe for Returns:
You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at dfrost@buckshotgolf.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Please pack the item securely to avoid any damage during return transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- We will provide a return shipping label. Ship the item to the address provided.
Inspection and Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy guidelines. If the item passes the inspection, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
